One family, two flagship platforms
AetherOS develops two first-party flagship operating systems. Aether is the BSD-derived desktop and workstation platform, with FreeBSD ancestry and an Aether-owned source lineage. Void is the peer mobile and tablet platform. Shared technology is factored at the AetherOS layer where it genuinely belongs.
Aer, Aqua, Ignis, and Terra are Linux editions that preserve their upstream distributions while adding the AetherOS experience, integration, tooling, applications, themes, and branding.
